Pre-Order Policy

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item from our upcoming collection before it officially launches. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your size and guaranteeing priority fulfillment once the item becomes available.

Estimated Shipping Date

Pre-order shipping timelines are indicated on their individual product pages. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays. If there are any significant updates, we’ll notify you by email.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your order. By placing a pre-order, you authorize LR24 Clothing to charge your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders are considered final sale once placed. We do not accept cancellations, size changes, or returns on pre-ordered items unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact cs@lr24clothing.com with your order number and new address.

Shipping & Fulfillment

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
