We hope you love your LR24 pieces — each one is made with care to fit effortlessly into your lifestyle.

Exchanges Only

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with an exchange for a different size of the same item.

To Qualify for an Exchange

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To begin an exchange, please email exchanges@lr24brand.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact support@lr24brand.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

We accept exchanges on eligible full-priced items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
  • With all original tags and packaging attached;
  • Purchased directly from LR24 Clothing via lr24clothing.com.

Items marked final sale, customized, or discounted are not eligible for exchange.

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email cs@lr24clothing.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability. If the item requested is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund as applicable.

Condition on Return

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. LR24 Clothing reserves the right to refuse exchanges that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Store Credit

Approved exchanges may be refunded as store credit to LR24 Clothing for future purchases. Store credits do not expire.
